The purpose of the Project Participation Committee shall be to establish goals, objectives, policies and procedures to ensure meaningful community participation in District operations. The Project Participation Committee shall have the power and authority to perform such tasks as are consistent, or deemed necessary, to accomplish this stated purpose, including, without limitation, coordination with matters pertaining to the Miller Park Stadium Community District Program and any matter deemed necessary or appropriate by the chairperson of such Committee.
